Nona did a phenomenal job in our recent purchase and sale transactions. To begin with, she is extremely detail-oriented in all that she does, particularly when it comes to the contracts, which made the process on both transactions stress-free for my wife and I. After helping us purchase for under list and receiving significant concessions she hit a home run for us in selling our home. She coordinated the best photo tour of our property with a photographer and we had 70 showings in one holiday weekend for the home we sold. We heard from our neighbors there was literally a line of cars on the street just waiting to see the property and throughout the process Nona was professional and organized in working with many prospective buyers and agents. We ultimately received $20,000 above list for the property, much higher than my wife and I believed could be possible and the closing went through without issue or delay. We are so fortunate to have worked with her. We would definitely work with her again.
