Nolan?! He is awesome! He went through the process to get me a foreclosed condo that was OUT of the market, and he got it! It took him a little while because the property was bank owned so he had to break the process to get it started. We all know how banks can be hard to deal with, but he made his magic. If you ever need an agent for you real estate needs, talk to the man. He rocks!
