Nolan is super personable, genuine, and he did a great job with a very tricky negotiation to help me get a terrific deal on a house in St. Petersburg that needed a little work. He knows the area inside and out, and has a lot of experience with all the potential pitfalls involved when you look at an older housing stock, as you have in much of St. Pete. Nolan even caught a permitting issue in one house I was looking at that I would have easily overlooked. I have already recommended Nolan's services to friends and acquaintances, and will continue to do so in the future. When it comes time to sell my house, I will be contacting Nolan to represent me.

Nolan did a great job keeping a group of five sellers informed about all aspects of securing a buyer, distributing paperwork and submitting those signed documents to the title company. I forgot to mention that three of the sellers were located out of state from where the property was. Nolan managed to keep us all informed and motivated despite some ups and downs in the deal created by the buyer. We closed in just over thirty days from when the property was listed. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
