Noelle is very personable and friendly. Being new to Texas, Noelle worked extremely hard for us in finding the perfect home. We moved here to be closer to our daughter and her family. She took our wishes and finances in account and found us the perfect home. She is very knowledgeable on the local cities and counties nearby. There are a lot of differences in between Texas and Ohio, and Noelle was able to walk us through these. She answered all of our questions and went into detail about homestead exemptions and other tax breaks. In fact, she recently contacted us to remind us to get in our paperwork for those tax breaks. Noelle was my realtor when I purchased a new built home. Since while I was living near Austin while the house was under construction and couldn’t make regular visits she periodically checked on progress, talking with the site manager. She went with me when I picked out the fittings, and identified that the workers had installed the wrong cabinets hardware in the kitchen before I did my walkthrough during which she caught several small finish issues that I missed. She also helped with my application for fence to the HOA, and contacted the two neighbors that had to agree to fence on the property line. Noelle is a conscientious and skilled agent . Noelle is truly an amazingly caring and talented professional. My wife and I were moving from Philadelphia with one infant, nothing was easy. While we were in Philadelphia, Noelle went out of her way on several occasions to go above and beyond finding ways to help us. At the end, Noelle and I looked at several hundred homes online and she gave us about 25 video tours that she personally recorded and narrated. She begun each recording from the start of the drive in the neighborhood so that we had a clear view and feel of the home’s location. Remind you she did all this and we were still living in Philly!
