Great job at a great price

Noel was professional, pleasant, and spot on on her efforts and suggestions on our house sale. Whole process from first introduction to listing to close was around one month. Actual sale of house was within 48 hours of first showing and above our expectations price wise. Anyone listing a house for sale is nuts to go anywhere but a flat fee broker and it’s my opinion that Noel and her crew are the best in the flat fee business. Why pay sellside 2 or 3% when you can get the same service or more from Noel for a fraction of that cost.
