Wonderful Agent with best intentions!

Noelia was 11/10 throughout the whole home selling process! When we were preparing to sell our home for a military move, we had no intention of working with any other agent but Noelia. As a former military spouse, we knew she had our best intentions in mind, especially given we were already on the other side of the country, working with long distance. She proved it through her knowledge and excellence every step of the way by consistently ensuring the home was at its best before listing/open house, checking in during our waiting phase, communicating frequently, and making sure we understood the entire process, contract, and even pricing options from start till finish. She also went out of her way to consistently check in with the roofing company we were struggling with before listing the property. From the time we started the process, to the time we closed, was far quicker than our experience purchasing the home. My only wish is that when we are ready to buy again elsewhere, we could work with her again! Highly recommend and very thankful for her expertise and patience with us.
