What an experience it was, not only was it a nightmare selling the coop I had but having a broker like Noel made it easy to get through. Once you hire him you are not only his client, but family as well. He will guide you through every step of the way and explain everything in detail. If you have any questions just give him a call and he will respond, if not he will call back right away. You are his main priority and he truly makes you feel that way.

Truly appreciate the kindness, consideration and concern shown by Mr Cohen. He made us feel "like family" and showed he truly had our family's interest at heart. We were blessed and privileged to meet and work with him. Our regret is the delay in posting to make his outstanding service known. Unfortunately delay was a result of unforseen health concerns which resulted in longer than expected treatment.
