My desire was to buy a home so I could bring my Mother home from the nursing home after having a major stroke in 2019. The process started a year ago. One of the obstacles I faces was finding a mortgage company who could get me a bank statement loan because I run a small business. After several searches, I had lost hope and given up. In October, He called just to check to see how I was doing and I pretty much told him that I had given up and I updated him on the failed searches to find a mortgage company who would give me funding. Very nonchalantly, he said, "Michelle, I can get you financed." So I was like, "Okay???" Let me say that He not only helped me find the perfect house, but He did exactly what he said! We looked at the house on Nov. 15th and he got me closed on Dec. 12th!!! I truly believe that Noah's timing was Divinely providential and I can't say enough about Noah and his team. Oh, and I can't say enough about Aimee! She made closing day very informative and answered every single question with the ease of a true savant! I truly and sincerely love the whole team!!!
