We felt extremely lucky to have Noah as our agent while buying a house. He was extremely patient and attuned to our style during our long search for the right house for us. He was extremely punctual, detail oriented, trustworthy, and a hard worker (I'm not sure when the guy even finds time to sleep!). He has a great network of sellers agents, which gave us a great advantage when making offers. He helped us understand the market, so that our offer was always in line with value. He knows a ton about building/construction which helped when considering any renovations/work we might need to do. And once we went under contract, he helped us navigate the process/negotiation, such that we ended up with the house of our dreams at a dream price. Finally, he was just incredibly personable and made the process fun, which it should be! In short, he is the full package you look for in an agent.
