As a first time home owner I had emotions of everyone else buying their first home, nervous, unsure emotional etc, However Nivia made the process extremely easy for me. She took the time to break down each sections of the things that I didn’t understand and made sure I was comfortable when purchasing Nivia wasn’t just my realtor she was a superhero I don’t think I could’ve done it without her guidance, patience, and knowledge. 5 stars across the board
