Nita's market analysis for a quick sale was spot on. Educated us on the selling and after-sale procedures, then deftly lead us through the process. She has good knowledge of all the vendors we required to assist us in preparing the house for listing. She has a good working relationship with other realtors. Even though Nita is a good friend, she remained very professional throughout the process, and was continually assuring us she wasn't doing more for us than other clients by telling us with a smile 'this is my job'. She does alot for her clients!!
