I've owned an acre of vacant land in Cottonwood AZ for decades with my Dad. When he passed on I listed it with Nizreen Hawley, and she gave me great market advise, an accurate idea of the time it would take to sell, and a great offering price strategy. When the right offer did come in, she helped with the negotiations, eased the reconveyance process with the Title company, with paperwork requirement from my Dad's passing, advised curing the counter-offer phase and simply made the whole process as painless and easy as I could have imagined. We even closed Escrow early, and the Title money was transferred electronically to my out-of-state bank much sooner than I anticipated. from start to finish, Nisreen and her crew, and her ability to work with the other parties in the territory, all proved why she's got this great reputation in the Cottonwood, Corneille, and greater Yavapi County area - I would not hesitate to recommend or do business with Nisreen again.
