Even if client is at job, Nirav will make arrangement to come and see you at your convenience at any place you desire. Even on short notice, he can give a tour of property, which is very imp in hot market areas, else property listings are gone quickly. Also he would be available till late evenings, weekends and other times, so that one would easily shoot him many emails or texts and would promptly hear from him (mostly) in next few minutes. Any big or small, wise, simple, complex advises, a client would expect to get answered from relator, this agent would take all effort to make you understand with utmost patience, even the things which are not in his expertise area. He will still give his honest opinion on vast subjects, while most of the others agents would simply loose their patience or just would not reply back citing their busy period in sales etc.,. Some realtors in the area would not even talk, without first signing an service contract agreement and bind their clients, but with Nirav, one is free till the time one actually nails down a particular property and is ready to make the offer. Therefore, I would definately recommend any one buying properties in new england, to look and explore relators such as Nirav, before comitting with binding client contracts with others. I would give him A+ in my experience with dealing with him throughout the process.
