Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Niner was by far the best choice. From start to finish was easy. Niner made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should). She also has a great personality and a great level of professionalism. When we also went to look at houses, she was able to show me what to look out for which was helpful. She went above and beyond, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor and not knowing where to start. It's important to "shop" around for realtors and I am truly thankful I found a gem. Her team was also a great team to work with which made everything great. She is not like other realtors where they have you sign a bunch of things and then don't get the job done but you end up stuck and unhappy. She takes time with her clients, communicates well, and doesn't force you. She also educates you which is something that really stuck out for me in this process. Niner was an excellent person to work with. Super professional, very patient and understanding. I acknowledge that we were not the easiest clients to work with, as we were extremely picky, but Niner stuck it out with us for almost 1 year. It was definitely a journey, but she always had a smile on her face and was always willing to show us ALL the homes. She was actually our 3rd realtor we worked with and definitely the best. This is our largest purchase ever and I am so glad we had her. For example, we had a VA loan (in this market, a lot of sellers won't even glance that way--especially if there are multiple offers) However, Niner fought for our right to use the VA, explaining that we had EARNED the VA mortgage loan, and it stuck with this purchase. She represented us in every aspect, including our bank, the attorneys, every step imaginable. Love her for that.

Niner is very professional and attentive! Her marketing skills are unmatched. She will responds no matter what time you contact her and she is very patient. She not only represents your best interest, she teaches you along the way. I felt very comfortable and safe with Niner! She is very personable and she listens to you. She values your needs and goals. There were times when I was in a panic and she would calmly talk me down and reassure me she will handle everything and she did! Niner wants to see you WIN! She is not in this for selfish reasons, she really wants to help you and she will do everything to ensure you are completely satisfied! Niner was absolutely on point when it came to looking for a home. I told what I wanted and she never failed to show me properties that fell within my description that was huge! I has been looking for a home since November 2021 and none of my offers were accepted. What I absolutely loved the most was that when I would receive housing lists to select properties from she would also have a few to add which I loved. She is very knowledgeable about this housing market and I was able to trust her expert opinion when it comes to writing offers, viewing houses and their mechanics ect. Niner was the best! From the moment we met her she kept us on task! Her personality was infectious we knew we wanted to work with her. She was very honest and knew so much about the areas in which we were looking it was very helpful my husband and I weren’t to familiar with the area or neighborhoods. I can’t really put it into words, how much she helped us when we were unsure we would send her a quick text or call and she would assist us with as much information as she has available to her.
