We had been looking at many properties that were not as great as the one we finally decided on purchasing. It was around 8 AM and we had found a brand new listing that just went on the market and told Nina about it and she was able to get us in for a showing the same day. We went out to the property and were able to view the home and everything fell in line swimmingly. Nina organized the sales agreement and had a signed sales agreement within hours! All of the necessary paperwork was completed immediately. Furthermore, we live out of state and during the closing process Nina quarterbacked the whole thing like Tom Brady. There wasn't a single thing that she didn't have orchestrated through the entire process. She is a wonderful person at heart, and professionally.
