We were truly blessed to have Nina as our realtor. As this was our first time selling a house, we had a big learning curve. Nina was very patient answering the multitude of questions that we had. She had great ideas on what to do to get the best price we could without spending very much money. Taking Nina's advice, we were able to triple our original investment in a relatively short amount of time. I've talked to other people who have had terrible experiences with realtor's and again, we were very blessed to have had Nina working for us. She is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate business, prepared, patient, professional, down to earth and a friend at the same time. It doesn't matter if your property is a million dollar estate or a mobile home, Nina didn't treat you differently. Nina was so very professional. She worked with us for many months helping us find that right home. We just fell in love her. Very sweet and kind. It didn't matter what time a day, she always made time for us. Many times she would meet us after normal hours interrupting her family time and every time we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a meaningful hug. We consider her now as our friend.
