Nina Morfin

Nina was superb! We were living in another state through the whole process. Trying to travel on the weekends to look at homes was overwhelming at first. Nina though, made all the worrying disappear with her knowledge of the area and market! Her background as a loan officer and fixing up houses gives her a major advantage over other realtors. I would highly recommend her to my friends looking for a home in the Atlanta area. If your looking for someone who has allot of patience and goes to battle on the bargaining table, Nina has your back!!

Nina was exceptional for us. She helped locate homes to view and always available to meet and show us homes. Once we found the home we liked she was always quick to get answers to our questions and helped negotiate a good price for all involved. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
