Nina is an amazing, professional agent. She cares deeply about her clients' needs and wishes and searches until she finds the right house for you. She is the best agent that we've ever dealt with in 40 years of buying and selling our homes. This year (2019) she helped us sell a home in Northern Cal, find a temporary rental home in Southern Cal, and most recently buy our new home. We looked for over 6 months to find the right home. She emailed us at 12:30 in the morning with what she thought might be "the one." It was! Her communication is excellent and her handling of all aspects of the transaction is efficient and thorough. I can't recommend Nina enough as an agent. I am a first time home buyer and had no experience related to purchasing a home. Nina was there for me the whole way. From start to finish, she made sure I was well taken care of during the many ups and downs that come with purchasing a home. I can tell right away that Nina conducted herself with high integrity and moral standards; hence, she isn't in the business in trying to pressure you into purchasing an more expensive home just so she can make a higher commission. When Nina and I were looking at homes, she never pressured me into purchasing anything. She showed me listings within my buget, and gave me the opportunity to allow myself to decide what home I wanted to purchase. This made house hunting fun! When I finally decided to put an offer in, she was there to walk me through the paperwork and answered all of my questions. When I had to counter offer 3 different times, she was there to help talk it out with me and give me my options. When I finally got my offer accepted, she was there to help me with the escrow process and answer the million other questions. When the escrow process derailed towards the end from an unanticipated issue, she was on the phone, sending emails, doing everything possible to get it back on track. She worked late nights and long hours behind the scene to ensure everything was taken care of and addressed. And when escrow finally closed, she was there to give me my keys! Throughout this whole experience, Nina was there for me and truly cares about the homebuyer, and I am sure the same goes for the the home seller. I would recommend Nina instantly, and I will definately use her again for future home buying and home selling needs.
