Nina is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone! Prior to listing, Nina came and looked through our home and offered a few suggestions on staging, places to take care of, etc. She hired a professional photographer to picture our home at its very best and the pictures were beautiful! Nina sent us the listing for approval and she put it on the market late on a Thursday afternoon. 18 minutes later we had our first request for a showing and showed in that night. We had three more showings the next day and a two hour open house on Saturday. We accepted a full price offer on Sunday afternoon! Nina walked us through the inspection and closing processes and we were done. She was so helpful with our questions of what and how to do things, offered suggestions and had referrals for inspectors (which we used in the purchase of our new home). We purchased a house for sale by owner before we met with Nina and really wished we would have had her as our agent for that purchase. (It would have gone much smoother!) I would recommend Nina in a heartbeat! She was available to us completely, answering texts and phone calls promptly, and her professionalism calmed us and gave us confidence in this matter. My five star rating in this survey conveys my total experience with Nina. She was the lead in my selling a home and purchasing a new one. More common to say is she "assisted" me but actually she was way more than an "assistant." I was grateful for her direction, knowledge and expertise. Nina has just taken my parents through the house selling process for the home they lived in for fifty years. I speak for my parents as well when I say that had it not been for Nina's expertise and care I know the whole event would not have been as smooth. It is such a comfort to trust an agent with these life-changing episodes and Nina remained committed to the task all the way through the process which did become somewhat more involved than originally expected. Got answers to our questions very fast. Set up call's with owner's so other questions could be asked and other points of our interest could be made. Signing was done in our location so we did'nt have to travel far.
