This is the second home we have purchased through Nilmini. In both instances, her market knowledge and help walking us through the process was invaluable. Nilmini stays on top of the contract requirements which both ensures a smooth closing as well as helped us negotiate more into the contract. Most importantly however is that Nilmini makes the process fun! Buying a home is important but shouldn't be stressful. We thoroughly enjoyed both experiences with Nilmini!
