I can't say enough good things about Nilmini, she is simply wonderful! We sold our home with her in Stapleton all while working remotely. I highly recommend Nilmini as a realtor. She truly cares about her clients, which is obvious by the way she listens to what you want in a home and what you feel comfortable spending. She respects your price point and doesn't show homes that are outside of that preferred price point, which is something that a lot of other realtors will do.
