We had tried other realtors prior to calling Nilka to sell our condo. We had the condo on the market for a long time and all offers were below what we wanted. We finally called Nilka and she was so informative, professional, and best of all quick! We sold our condo in less than 2 months in a GREAT price. I wish we would have gone with her sooner.
