Niles has a great network of associates that he leveraged on our behalf to smooth out the whole process. He also has a good knowledge of the area and found us the perfect home In a neighborhood we weren't expecting. He bargained for our behalf with the sellers to get appliances included in the sale, and to get money included in closing costs to cover repairs needed from the inspection report. He is very knowledgable and calmly answered all of our questions, never once making us feel ignorant or silly. He also has a great sense of humor and helped us through some of the more stressful moments with a smile.
