I am a first-time home seller and had no idea about the process but she made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. She was always available to answer any questions or talk about the process. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. I was out of state and she went above and beyond to go to the house and check on it while I was away, she made sure the house was in great condition for the showings, this speaks to her commitment to making sure I was well taken care of. Nilda did a great job explaining absolutely everything every time we asked, even if she already explained it a couple of times before. She was knowledgeable about all the processes, and you could see she had a ton of experience. She did everything while always being polite, respectful, and cheerful. Nilda had one of the most positive and nicest personalty ever, she helped us out so much and had so much patients with us. She especially helped us out a lot due to the fact that she spoke Spanish and really helped my parents understand the whole process and answered every question they had, if it wasn't for her we would still be super lost and confused about the whole process.
