Nil was very professional with us. She wasn’t thinking of it as a transaction, but put our needs in the first place. She will listen to your and analize your needs carefully and depending on the situation she’ll immediately come up with the best possible strategy and start the progress with your best interest in mind. She is really a hard working agent who always does her best to provide her clients with an above and beyond service. When I first decided to sell my home, I reached out to Nil and asked her to sell it off market, since I didn’t want a lot of people coming to my house and disturb me all the time. Without much advertising, Nil bought about 15 interested parties to see my home and we did get few offers but most were trying to get at a very low price. Just as I was to sell my house for a lower price, Nil asked me to give her a week time and promised she’ll get me the maximum one could get for such a property. I liked her strategy and decided to go with it and gave her the extra week she wanted. Nil made a public open house and we had 60 groups of people coming by ending up with so many offers just 3 days after the open house on the due date.
