I’m obsessed with the view of our new home. I can’t wait to completely move in and wake up to this every morning. Without much advertising, Nil bought about 15 interested parties to see my home and we did get few offers but most were trying to get at a very low price. Just as I was to sell my house for a lower price, Nil asked me to give her a week time and promised she’ll get me the maximum one could get for such a property. I liked her strategy and decided to go with it and gave her the extra week she wanted. Nil made a public open house and we had 60 groups of people coming by ending up with so many offers just 3 days after the open house on the due date. I got so many offers and was able to sell my house way above what I was expecting.
