I researched realtors in the Artesia/Cerritos area and found Nick Shah. What impressed me about Nick were the excellent reviews from buyers/sellers who had worked with him. So I chose him as one of the realtors to be interviewed by myself and the other siblings. Nick did not overwhelm us with a flashy PowerPoint sales pitch, nor did he make promises to sell our property for an outrageous price. He simply came prepared. He stated that he had worked in the Artesia/Cerritos area for the last 15 years. He gave us his opinion on the value of the property but was open to what we had to say about pricing. He came across as being honest, sincere and very respectful . . . no bravado. And that's what sold us on Nick. He listed our property; presented the offers he received along with his opinion on the pros and cons of each offer; he countered to these offers and exhibited excellent negotiating skills on our behalf. He sold our property within a couple of weeks. There is no doubt that we will use Nick again in the future.

I set a high expectation for real estate agents. I expect nothing less but the highest degree of integrity and knowledge. I have worked with many agents in the past which I did not work with again due to sniffing the slightest shady element within them. Nick was honest and genuine throughout the process, he upheld the highest level of integrity which I appreciated. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
