Nikolette was super patient with us!! We had to have seen about 60 houses before we decided on the one we wanted for our family. She drove everywhere with us and gave us ideas over what to do with each place to make it feel like a home. My husband and I are super busy and would send her super late texts and she would respond. Which helped A LOT!!! Than we were caught in the snow storm and she made it to our signing. She even volunteered to help out with some details. She has being nothing but amazing!!

Nikolette Latzke is someone I can't thank enough for her help in finding our first home. I don't think my boyfriend and I were expecting to buy a home in 2017, but we did because of her. I am one person who is very clueless when it comes to home buying. Nikolette made us feel comfortable and worked with us to find our very first home. She made sure that we knew she was there to help with any of our questions or concerns in the home buying process. We had looked at quite a few homes and with a very limited price range, Nikolette was able to help us find the perfect one. She was patient and very responsive to any of our questions regarding all of the paperwork we had to fill out.
