Nikoleta was very responsive to all of my calls. She is an honest agent and approached my request in a professional manner. She was able to negotiate and provide her opinion to us when we asked. I would definately recommend her services to anyone. We were able to sell within 2 weeks. One of the things that really stood out was the fact that she attended during our escrow meeting and she reduced one of the fees listed due to her knowledge about the services.
