I don’t have enough words to describe what an amazing experience we have had with her. We are in the process of selling our home and buying a new house. We have met Nikola at an open house, few month back when we started to see houses and study the market. We’ve had a decent experience with our realtor when we bought our first house and we thought we will keep using her. However, the first time we have seen Nikola, we have learned from her so much more in just 20 minutes that we haven’t learnt at our first home buy, during the entire process, with the agent we used that time. After seeing quite a few houses before we met her, she was the only showing agent that seemed to be very opened and comfortable with negotiating her listing commission. Very meticulous and responsive she was always there when we needed her. Courteous, diplomatic, very punctual and very thorough, she managed to get a full price offer on our home, the same day of the opened house. We closed on our house couple days ago and will close on the new house in a few days. Everything went so unbelievably smooth. I will recommend Nikola Tadie to everyone I know.
