I am a retired contractor and have handled many houses so I knew this sale would be troublesome. I carefully choose my agent from the very many I knew. After trying to sell the house it became obvious that I needed to replace a very old roof and AC system. Nikky had great solutions with vendors that would do a great job and be paid on proceeds. Nikky guided the process timing and document flow so that it was very smooth and stress free. I also had an unusual situation on my title and had a difficult time clearing the title. Nikky was in communication with the Title company staff and management and was always on top of the documents and processing pushing it through to completion. And most importantly, Nikky proved to be a reliable, effective and professional friend.
