I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than, Nikki! She was an absolute joy to work with. She did everything we asked to get exactly what we wanted and needed for our first home. She answered every question I had, was very patient with me, and went above and beyond to do whatever I asked of her. She is so kind, optimistic, and determined! Nikki went above and beyond helping us with our home search and purchase. We were looking to buy in East Texas but living in Utah, she patiently went out and did a virtual walk through for us on homes we were interested in seeing. Nikki is the best realtor in the history of realtors. Here is why... me and my husband wanted this particular house and the person selling the house wasn’t exactly honest but thankfully we had Nikki by our side throughout the entire process to guide us in the right direction, but it gets better not only does she know her stuff, she worked with our crazy hectic schedule drove at least an hour both ways to show us a house at 6, 7, or sometimes 8 at night when she absolutely did not have to, and to top it off she is the absolute most sweetest generous thoughtful person, the way I talk about her you would think we have known each other for years but no! we met on Zillow just like you trying to buy a house and now she has became such a sweet friend. I highly recommend choosing her to be your realtor I can guarantee you that she’s my family’s only choice.

I don't think you'll find a harder working rep in this area. We have moved to Houston and left Nikki in charge. The first week, a breaker through and we lost everything in the freezers, in the garage, in August. Not a good way to start your house sale. She, along with some friends, whipped it. Got them cleaned up and smelling better. She worked with local realtors to get our home sold timely for the area. She takes it all personally. Truly puts her heart into it.
