A San Antonio native, Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance and Development with a minor in Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is actively engaged in industry leadership, currently serving on the San Antonio Board of Realtors’ Budget & Finance Committee and TREPAC Committee as well as the Texas Realtors Business and Policy Issues Committee.
Her recent accomplishments include serving as a Government Affairs Director for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) San Antonio Chapter, former Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors, former member of the Urban Land Institute's Next Program, graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, and graduate of the City of San Antonio’s SEED (Supporting Empowered Emerging Developers) Academy.
