Nikki Rosas is an accomplished Realtor & Texas Mortgage Broker with over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. She combines extensive market and financial expertise to consistently deliver effective results and exceed client expectations through a highly personalized service approach.
A San Antonio native, Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance and Development with a minor in Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is actively engaged in industry leadership, currently serving on the San Antonio Board of Realtors’ TREPAC Committee as well as the Texas Realtors Business and Policy Issues Committee and in her local community she is a member of Alamo ICC which educates it's members on the State's International Code Council in San Antonio.
Her recent accomplishments include serving as a former Government Affairs Director for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) San Antonio Chapter, former Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors, former member of the Urban Land Institute's Next Program, graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program 2023, and graduate of the City of San Antonio’s SEED (Supporting Empowered Emerging Developers) Academy.
