Nikki was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond while walking us through every step of the buying process. She took care of lining up all of the inspections and had people to call. That was extremely helpful since we were buying in an area outside of where we currently live. She advocated for us, which we really appreciated.
Nikki definitely goes above and beyond to really understand and listen to her clients on their needs and wants and really guides you through this in most cases stressful chaotic process. She did everything that was in the best interest of us and helping us step by step. This was my first home purchase and on the realtor end of the experience it was phenomenal! Excellent communication!! Even as a long distance buyer dealing with me being over 1,100 miles away and in another time zone she worked with me! The technology she has available for the never ending papers you have to sign she made it so easy! She was pushing our lenders to the finish line and on them to make sure we closed as soon as we could. I plan on making this my forever home but if I were to ever purchase again or even suggest an agent to anybody, Nikki is the one to have represent you! It had been a great pleasure dealing with someone who didn’t make you feel like it was all about the commission check, she gave the honest impression of truly caring about our family, and those qualities are hard to come by.

We recently relocated to Mooresville, NC from Ohio. I personally had never moved my entire life out of the state of Ohio and was very nervous. Nikki took control of our situation and with the limited time we had to look at houses and get settled here, she had a full list of houses with all of our requirements and on a holiday weekend. She spent the entire weekend with us and not her family, she made us feel very comfortable handling everything we needed. I trusted her completely and she was readily available when we needed her and answered our questions night or day. We can't say enough great things about Nikki as she really made us feel at ease with this huge life changing event. We were completely satisfied and would recommend her time and again.
Nikki and Nancy are the best agents I have every worked with. They listened to our needs, never tried to push us into a house we didn't want and were very patient as we took our time to find the house we wanted. They worked diligently with a difficult seller. Fully explained every detail and kept us informed as we progressed through closing. We had one or two sticking points with the sellers and it could have been a deal breaker, but Nikki and Nancy assured us that if the seller wouldn't come through that they would make it right. And they have. I hope to bring them more business as I tried to convince my Northern Virginia friends to move to Lake Norman!
