Nikki Owens is a wonderful agent and all around good person. The experience was comfortable, easy, and professional. Nikki is so knowledgeable and she does immense research to stay current with market trends. Our house had 2 over asking offers within 18 hours of listing it during a time where home purchases were down. She gave us frequent updates and made sure to advocate for us in order to get the cleanest contract. She was wonderful.
