Surrounded by a team equally efficient and knowledgeable, she will turn your project into reality at an impressive pace. Your house needs some work before hitting the market, not a problem. You need access to a good lender, she’s got that. You want to maximize value, your property will get the vogue centerfold treatment. Be forewarned though, once you get onboard, the Nikki train doesnt stop till you make it to closing and get your money. In our case, in about two weeks time, she had a contracted team work in the house ( paint, plumbing and electrical work, patio doors, stained deck… ), got professional photos, got to market and did an open house.
