Communication is key to having a smooth sale. All of my questions were responded to in a very timely manner. Nikki showed the experience and knowledge of a seasoned professional. When she recommended some distinct and out of the box pricing for the house we were shocked. The idea she came up with provided a immediate response with multiple offers. Nicolette was amazing to work with right from the start. She was extremely knowledgeable about the buying process including all inspections needed, and dealing with the different agencies involved in the buying process. I feel so lucky to have had the Opportunity to work with Nikki to get my new place. She was always very flexible and made whatever time I could meet work for her. Whenever I had questions, I could text or call her and she would get back to me very quick. If she didn’t know the answer, she would straight up say she didn’t know, but then find out the answer. I hate it when people act like they know about something they don’t and then give you false information, so I really liked that about Nikki. That’s not to say she didn’t know a lot though. There were not too many questions that I asked that she didn’t know the answer to. She was also very inviting and made me feel very comfortable to be around. She allowed me to take my time looking at the places and not feel rushed. When we finally got our place and it was time to pick up the keys, I met up with Nikki and she made me this cute basket with all sorts of goodies which showed how good of a listener she is. I was telling her that I planned to paint a dark blue accent wall, so she put these cute hand towels with dark blue accent. She even got my dog a really nice bed and treats. I thought that was so sweet. I highly recommend Nikki to anyone I know (or don’t know) that is on the market for a new place. She was very personable and knew what she was talkin about. I have never worked with a realtor before, so this is all a very new experience for me, but she was so patient, kind, and informative. I will definitely never use another realtor (not that I’ll be moving anytime soon) lol. I feel like a really important part of this process is feeling comfy enough with whoever you are working with to be able to be yourself, talk about your wants and needs, and feel like who you’re working with has your best interest in mind, and are not just there trying to persuade you to buy the first thing you see.
