I met Nikki while just "browsing" as I tried to decide what would be best for me as a recent widow suddenly making decisions alone. Nikki was just the best in every way. She listened to what I thought I wanted. Showed me almost exactly what I asked for and didn't skip a beat when I changed my mind not once but several more times. Her knowledge of the different areas in town was evident with each of these about faces. No matter when I emailed, texted or called Nikki she was available to answer questions etc. When I was ready to make an offer she made it very easy and efficient explaining the process and reviewing different aspects as often as I had questions. Nikki seems to have a 6th sense about offered and counters and just how much wiggle room we had. She was spot on every time. I never once doubted that Nikki had my wants and my best interest in mind throughout the process. I hope I never have to choose another realtor! Please note that as a former realtor myself my expectations were above the norm and I was NOT disappointed.
