My whole experience with Nikki was great! Nikki really guided me and helped with this very stressful process. She took time out of her day every couple days giving me a phone call just to check how things were going. In my opinion something that simple really helped me with this very stressful process. Anytime I had a question with any documents she was very prompt with an answer. Being organized and on time is very important to me and Nikki was great at both.
