Upon meeting Nikki the first time, she was not totally aware of the in and ours of our complicated coop bylaws and sales procedure. The second time meeting with Nikki, she knew more than I did. Nikki made a brochure of my unit, that was very tastefully done. The brochure had local shops, restaurants, businesses, some of which I did not even know were near me. Had a cleaning crew come in, and a photographer before my place went on the market for showing. I would estimate 30% of all the realtors that showed my place were late, or either canceled without notification of cancelation. Nikki was always punctual, and the utmost professional. The other party that finally closed on my place was a complete pain in the ass. Especially the buyers realtor. Annoying, condescending towards Nikki. Yet Nikki was always professional 100% of the time. Nikki was even at my closing and bought us a gift as a congratulations. I will and would recommend Nikki to any one I know who's purchasing a home.
