Niki is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff and the market. She got our house sold in 12 days after our previous realtor let it sit on the market for 6 months. If you do what she asks then she's a realtor above all realtors. We would definitely use her again if we have the chance. We also tell everyone if they ever need a realtor that Niki is your girl.

Niki did an amazing job helping us find and close on our first home, we looked at a couple houses together until we found a home that was worth putting an offer on. Immediately after she got in contact with the seller's agent and found out more about the home. Our offer got accepted the next day. Throughout our viewing she was honest on the potential of a home and pointed out possible issues to ensure we understood what we could run into down the road. Her communication was always quick when it came to our questions and updated as needed.
