Niki did an amazing job helping us find and close on our first home, we looked at a couple houses together until we found a home that was worth putting an offer on. Immediately after she got in contact with the seller's agent and found out more about the home. Our offer got accepted the next day. Throughout our viewing she was honest on the potential of a home and pointed out possible issues to ensure we understood what we could run into down the road. Her communication was always quick when it came to our questions and updated as needed. Highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who will walk you through the steps of buying or possibly selling if that is your situation. We do believe we got our money’s worth through her negotiation before our closing and even on our close date. Niki was present from the beginning to the day of our closing.
