From the very beginning, Niki was always extremely helpful and considerate. My husband and I were rookies and knew nothing of the home buying process. Niki took great care of us and explained every step. She was always willing to answer questions (and promptly!), was flexible with our insane schedules and picky interests and overall made the process much less troublesome than we expected.
