Nicolle is a rockstar! She’s a great communicator with a great attitude and an attentiveness that every first-time home buyer is looking for. We have been looking for the right home off and on for years and Nicolle helped us not only find our dream home but negotiated to make what was a dream into a reality. Her and her team worked vigorously making sure everything was perfect and we were able to close, I believe, in just a few weeks time. She understood the time crunch we were in with our lease expiring and our need to move quickly into a home. If you’re looking to buy or sell, seriously, look no further.
