So I had been trying for literal years to fix up and sell my house. Then a friend recommended her agent, who she just kind of stumbled over, and who, frankly, worked miracles. To make a long story short, my house was fixed up, cleaned, the garage painted, and sold within five weeks, without even going on the market! He has an amazing stable of bright-eyed little elves around him, and the house sold for 30k over what I had previously been told by others to sell at. Through it all, Nicoli was almost impossibly cheerful, hard working and a total pro. I'm really not used to praising people with so many superlatives. It's really difficult to not overdose on adjectives and adverbs when somebody pulls off such a feat.
Nicoli and team were hands on throughout the entire sale of our property - all while we were on the other side of the country . He and team provided 5 star service and communication. He went over and above with communicating with us (and our tenants). This is the second property that he has sold for us and we will definitely use him again . He and team are Incredibly Professional and experts in all parts of the real estate transaction .

As a first time home buyer I was terrified of the process - luckily, I found Nicoli and his team. Nicoli was an absolute pleasure to work with. He set up a time to meet with me quickly, asked me what my hopes and dreams were for a house, and was open and honest about would and would not be possible given my buying parameters. Nicoli's organization skills and team made me confident from the outset that buying a home could actually be a reality, and then he got me in touch with all the people to finish the home buying job. Although I have never worked with another real estate agent and cannot compare him directly to other experiences, I am confident that he in fact sets a very VERY high bar for what it means to be a high quality, ethical, and attentive real estate agent. Working with Nicoli and his team has also allowed me to feel confident that if I need any support in finding other professionals (plumbers, contractors, etc.), I have someone I can call who will point me in the right direction.
