Nicolette has been working with my son to find his first house for the last 10 months. She asked for his desired location and what price range he was looking for. During our search she stayed within his price range and location. The Denver market is very competitive for buyer trying to buy houses less than $250,000. Nicolette was honest with us on what she was seeing in the market and help us with what would be a competitive offer. It seemed like we would end up in second place many times. But Nicolette would be positive and seemed to find another property that would fit our needs. She always worked with the buyer’s agent to help our offer to look better. We finally got my son his first home because of Nicolette’s persistence and working with the buyer’s agent. But Nicolette also worked with the Cornerstone Lending people and the title company to make sure that we could close on time. I am highly recommending Nicolette as your realtor. She is fun to work with. But more importantly she will find you a home or sell your home within the price range that you want. She is honest and very trustworthy.
