The sale of our LA home was complicated by our move to BC Canada. This entailed many exchanges with Nicolette, the escrow agent, our LA attorney, the title insurer, the LA recorder of deeds, the buyers, and a BC lawyer/notary. Nicolette displayed remarkable endurance in seeing this process through. This experience was preceded by placing the property for sale, negotiating with several potential buyers, making decisions on the extent of furnishings and arranging for donations, interceding with inspectors and contractors about some repairs, and advising us during renegotiations with the buyers concerning price and a delay in closing. Clearly, she is both able and patient, never losing her calm professionalism. I doubt many real estate sales involve so many demands on a broker.

It was a pleasure working with Nicoletta she was very professional informative and personable to allow me to want to obtain my dream home. I knew once I walked in the front door I fell in love with the house. She provided the best advise when things needed to be revisited in order to purchase this house. I’m so thankful and blessed she was my agent who followed up and kept me informed as things were progressing. I appreciate her kindness and hospitality in helping me through this process of owing my first home on my own.
