Your are in good hands with Nicoleta!! We first started looking for a place to rent with her, but then we decided to buy a house. She was very helpful and always available to answer all our questions. After we decided on the house, she was on top of the seller agent, she helped negotiate and get the price that we wanted and close the deal on time.(We were very limited by time,since our lease was ending soon) The seller agent was very unprofessional and never available for us, but Nicoleta knew how to handle the situation and at the end we got the house of our dreams. It was a pleasure working with her! I would definitely recommend her , if your want a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. We are very happy with our house!!
