About Nicole

Nicole has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years, starting as a receptionist at the age of 19 with a large commercial land developer in Southern California. She quickly worked her way up to managing their 18+ office buildings, county buildings and business centers where she worked closely in the purchasing and selling of the commercial properties. This is where she fell in love with real estate and in 2005 she received her real estate license. In 2006 she decided to make the switch from commercial property management and land development to selling residential real estate. In 2013 she wanted to be closer to family and relocated to Chico from Southern California with her two beautiful children. They are so happy to call Chico their home! With her background in real estate, experience with contracts, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, Nicole is excited to help the team get your home sold!
