Hired a friend of a friend, six months later, ready to quit and lease the property, the universe gave us Nicole. Two days later and she was showing the house. Even in this market, with jilted sellers, she kept a positive attitude. Within sixty days we were entertaining offers, soon after we had a legit buyer and a closing date. We were already at our new home in Ohio, and stressed out beyond belief, and Nicole, well, she took care of business, kept us informed, and worked out all the bugs. Too make a long story even longer, Nicole Valeriano is Real Estate, and if we ever need to buy or sell again, I will happily pay her expenses, no matter the cost, to work with her once again.
Nicole was fantastic when it came to helping us buy our house! Answered as many phone calls as we lined up for her and was able to answer any and all ridiculous questions we had in a moments notice. We never felt like we had to wait to hear from her and we always felt like her number one priority. She was super knowledgeable, but if there was something she did not know or understand, she was on top of getting all of the answers for us from professionals. I never felt uncomfortable or helpless in the home buying process, all thanks to her!
